Video Description
During summer 2007, some of the of the world's finest athletes traveled to Anchorage to compete in the World Eskimo-Indian Olympics (WEIO). The games display the preparedness and skill Alaska Natives needed for survival including strength, agility and endurance. Events include the Seal Hop, One-Hand Reach, One-Foot High Kick and Nalakatuk (Blanket Toss) among others.
