A world-class convention facility takes center stage in Alaska's largest city, September 2008. The Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center increases Anchorage's civic and convention capacity by more than 300 percent. The Center, named for the indigenous people of the Southcentral region, showcases Anchorage's stunning views of the spectacular Chugach mountain range. The new Dena'ina Convention Center, and its meeting rooms, provide the functionality that is expected from a premier meeting facility and articulate a truly Alaskan sense of place.
